Energy Healing Explained
Energy healing is a complementary holistic healing therapy that focuses on clearing and balancing your energy flow to bring about your natural healing. Energy healing is also commonly known as bio energy therapy.
I use vibrational tuning forks in my energy healing, a form of natural sound healing that uses precise sound vibrations to bring the cells in your body back to their natural resonant frequency.
Tuning fork bio energy healing is a completely non invasive pain free healing therapy that can help to bring balance and harmony to every level of your being, your physical body, your mind, your emotions, your spirit/soul and your energetic body.
Utilising the unique vibrations and sounds produced by calibrated tuning forks to promote relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing, this energy healing treatment can help release energetic blockages, balance your overall body energy, promote relaxation and encourage self healing.
When activated, the tuning fork creates a pure sound wave and vibration that can be applied to or moved over different parts of your body, primarily at energy points (chakras), acupuncture points and along energy meridians.
Why Is Tuning Fork Sound Healing So Effective?
Why is tuning fork energy healing considered so effective? The simple answer is, its the law – the law of resonance law states that when two differing frequencies meet, they will vibrate together in harmony. By tuning your body’s cells back to their natural resonant frequency, tuning fork sound healing can stimulate your body back into its own natural resonance, encouraging self healing and bringing a feeling of wellbeing. As your body starts to vibrate higher, you will find yourself becoming more positive, this is because higher vibration allows positive thinking as well was physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
What Happens During Your Healing Treatment?
Your energy healing session will start with you lying comfortably on your bed or sofa or sitting in your favourite chair. I will guide you into a gentle relaxed state after which I will move my hands around you, about 8-12 inches away from your body, to get a sense of any energy blockages or disturbances. After this I will select the most appropriate tunings forks and start the vibrational part of your treatment.
During your tuning fork therapy session, I will strike the tuning fork against an activation pad (rubber block) or on my hand to initiate the sound vibration. I will place the activated tuning fork on or near your body, allowing the vibrations and sounds to be transmitted through your body’s tissues, organs and energy field. Some clients report feeling the sound vibrations as they pass through their body, often felt as a ‘tickle’, fuzzy vibration or ripple.
Tuning fork therapy is considered generally safe for most individuals. However, as with any complementary therapy, it is advisable to consult with your healthcare practitioner if you have any concerns or underlying medical conditions.

For your 1st treatment, please allow an extra 15-20 minutes to complete the initial health consultation. There is no extra charge for this.
