Chakra Healing and Balancing
Chakra healing and alignment is a form of vibrational frequency healing that works on your chakra energy knots, much as a massage therapist will work on your muscle knots. Finding each ‘knot’ soothing and releasing it, will allow your chakra energy to flow more freely, bringing a sense of calm and ease to your entire being. Chakra healing is very subtle and yet so powerful.
I use a pendulum and vibrational tuning forks to locate and remove energy blockages and balance your chakras, allowing your natural energy to flow freely.
A deeply meditative therapy, chakra balancing brings your body’s seven main chakras into alignment through vibrational resonance and crystals. This unique chakra alignment and balancing experience leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and in a state of harmony, the results of which you will be feeling in the days and weeks following your treatment.
Vibrational Chakra Healing
Tuning forks connect with the subtle vibrational energies of your body’s chakra system. Chakra means wheel in Sanskrit and refers to the major energy points, or vortices, in your body. The are viewed as spinning wheels of energy which should be open and in correct alignment to allow the free flow of healthful energy throughout your body. Each chakra is aligned with certain parts of your body, organs, nerves, mental processes and emotions. When any of these chakras are out of alignment or blocked, disharmony (dis-ease) will occur.
The seven main energy chakras are the root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra and crown chakra. There is also an 8th main chakra, the Soul Chakra, which sits approximately 12 inches above your heard, within your aura / energy field.
What Does Chakra Healing Feel Like
Chakra Healing is an intuitive healing session where you will lie fully clothed on our comfortable treatment bed while Geraldine subtly scans your chakra energy meridians with bio resonance tuning forks. Geraldine is energetically feeling for resistance and disturbances in your chakras by ‘listening’ to and ‘feeling’ discordant tones via the tuning forks. When she encounters a disharmony, she will activate and clear the area using the vibration of the tuning fork until she feels the ‘energy knot’ unravelling and clearing.
You may or may not also feel this activity, some people feel nothing while others feel a pulling sensation or tingling. Whether or not you feel something at the time of your treatment, it is in the days and weeks afterwards that you will probably feel the results. Some people feel lighter, more buoyant, more open to joy and happiness and often notice that the obstacles or difficult areas in their life are easing.
Although some clients find release after just one healing session, we usually recommend a course of four to six sessions over the course of a month or two. You can discuss your personal wishes with .
