Omeath County Louth Reflexology
My business is wholly dependent on the number of clients I can see during my operating hours. if you are unable to make a previously arranged appointment, I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice, to allow me to offer the appointment time to someone on my waiting list.
If you give at least 24 hours notice I can reschedule your appointment and no fee will apply. When you have prepaid for your appointment, I will be happy to reschedule your appointment or refund you the full appointment price.
With less than 3 hours notice, a 50% fee of the full treatment value will be charged. If I am able to fill your appointment time with another client, I will be happy to waive the full appointment cost.

I fully understand how frustrating the cancellation policy can be, but as a self employed mobile therapist, I have a duty of responsibility to all my clients. Last minute cancellations of under 24 hours does not give me enough time to offer the appointment time to clients on my waiting list, meaning that my waiting list clients lose the opportunity to get the service they wish. Last minute cancellations also have a major impact on my income and too many late cancellations will not allow my business to survive.
